Located on the upper level, a large open-plan living area offers panoramic views of theÉtang-du-Nord area thanks to generous windows. The fully-equipped kitchen features a very large island with stools and opens onto a dining room with a table for six, as well as a comfortable living room. A multi-purpose room completes the picture.

Outdoor spaces
The 2nd-floor terrace, with aperitif chairs, hugs the western corner of the house and is accessible from the kitchen. From here, you can admire the port of Étang-du-Nord, nearby businesses and spectacular sunsets. The grounds, also accessible from the first floor, are perfect for your Finnish bowling games!

Located in the heart of the Étang-du-Nord district on Central Island, Le 1940 is the perfect starting point for many activities. From the house, you can walk to many of the area’s restaurants and attractions, a rarity on the Islands where most travel is by car. The Site de la Côte, just a two-minute walk away, is a lively place all summer long, with outdoor shows and cultural activities.
