At the heart of the house is a large open-plan living area featuring a fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-range appliances, a dining room and a vast living room with large windows overlooking a magnificent seascape. A TV room is located in the basement. Near the house, an outbuilding houses an additional bedroom.

Outdoor spaces
A gallery runs along both sides of the house, and a large terrace is accessible from the ground-floor living area. It features a dining table and chairs for relaxing, with breathtaking views of the surrounding buttes and Entry Island. The house sits on 19 acres of verdant grounds.

The location of the Buttes Pelées house is ideal for feeling alone in the world, while enjoying quick access to the airport and the attractions of Havre aux Maisons island. A small beach and the famous Cap Alright lighthouse are within walking distance.
