Living areas
On the first floor, the open-plan layout makes the most of the sea views, thanks to generous windows. The kitchen features an island and opens onto a dining room with a table for eight, as well as a comfortable living room.
The bedrooms
Each room has been designed to offer a high level of comfort, and exterior views have been optimized to overlook the magnificent landscape of the Islands.

Bathrooms are new and fully equipped, with beach towels included.

Outdoor spaces
The vast terrace is accessible via three patio doors, one in the living areas and the other in the master bedroom. The view of the sea is unobstructed, and the beach is only a few steps from the house. Table, chairs and barbecue complete the terrace. The house also features an outdoor shower, perfect for when you’re back from the beach!

Located in the Étang-des-Caps district, Les Oyats has the rare distinction of being right on the beach. Just a few steps away, you’ll find yourself with your feet in the water, enjoying this majestic beach.
