Living areas
The living spaces have been designed for entertaining and sharing. The restaurant-style kitchen is organized around a large island, opening onto a dining room that can accommodate up to 10 guests. The living room offers a comfortable space to relax, open to the landscape thanks to wall-to-wall windows. A laundry room with shower adds to the functionality of the premises, while a small indoor pool adds a touch of relaxation and pleasure, allowing you to enjoy the facilities in any season.
The rooms
The three bedrooms, each connected to a bathroom, are located under cathedral ceilings. Although separated by walls, the upper space remains open, creating a convivial dormitory-style configuration.

The loft
Accessed by an outside staircase, the loft is an independent annex offering additional space in complete autonomy. It includes a sleeping area, a bathroom with shower and a kitchenette, ideal for welcoming guests or enjoying a little more privacy during your stay.
Outdoor spaces
Outside, the layout is designed to take full advantage of the site and the light. A large table for eight, a propane barbecue and a pizza oven allow meals to be shared on the terrace. A terrace dock offers a privileged space for the end of the day in the sun. Nearby, the ÃŽle Boudreau trail and beach are within walking distance, so you can take full advantage of coastal life.

Located in Grande-Entrée, the house benefits from an exceptional seafront location. Within walking distance of Île Boudreau, Bassin aux Huîtres and Bassin Ouest beach, the area is in perfect harmony with nature. The scenery is grandiose and the pace slower, with a salty fragrance. Just a few minutes away, the port of Grande-Entrée is a reminder of the importance of the fishing industry.

As recent retirees, we have created a place where we can welcome guests and share special moments. Inspired by the traditions of the Islands, the house showcases works by local artists, in a style that is both rooted in tradition and contemporary.
