The ground floor of the main house is fully open-plan, forming a large convivial living area. The kitchen, both original and functional, relies on a modular approach that frees up space. An adjoining storage room — with refrigerator and oven — completes the set, while an induction surface is installed on the island for meal preparation. The dining room and living room open onto the landscape, bathed in light thanks to generous windows.

Outdoor spaces
Outside, there is a terrace with a picnic table. The immense grounds of this estate are a true paradise, dotted with private walking trails that run along the capes. Adirondack chairs are also installed to enjoy the best views offered by the property.
The workshop
A few steps from the main house, a second building completes the property. Its open ground floor can be used as an office, a creative space or a place to practice yoga and meditation. A mezzanine bedroom and a small bathroom complete this versatile space.
