The open-plan living space is bathed in light. Russian birch covers the walls, creating a soft and soothing atmosphere. The kitchen features a large, inviting island and a coffee nook, and opens onto the dining room and living room. Large patio doors allow natural light to enter and lead directly to the terrace, extending the living space outdoors.

Outdoor spaces
The sunset-facing terrace invites guests to savor long evenings around the outdoor table or in an Adirondack chair in the sun. A discreetly integrated outdoor shower is perfect after returning from the beach. A barbecue is also available.

The Island Den is located in a peaceful area, just minutes from West Dune beach. Slightly set back, the house offers excellent privacy and allows for contemplation of the iconic landscapes of Étang-des-Caps. An ideal starting point for exploring, or simply slowing down to the rhythm of the tides.
