On the first floor, you’ll find an entrance hall with shower room, a spacious open-plan living room with sofa and smart TV, and an open-plan kitchen with dining table for 8. The kitchen is very well equipped with dishwasher, Vitamix blender and filter and espresso coffee makers. A laundry room adjoins the kitchen.

Outdoor spaces
On the terrace, accessible from a large patio door, is a picnic table. Adirondack armchairs are set out on the lawn for admiring the sunsets.
